Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit and debit card payments through secure checkout. Supported card networks are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

Currency

Checkout is processed in United States dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply its own fees or conversion terms when an account is denominated in another currency.

Authorization

When you submit an order, you authorize the payment provider to verify the card and authorize the total shown at checkout. An authorization hold is not necessarily a final charge. If authorization fails, the order cannot proceed until a valid payment method is provided.

Taxes and order totals

Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before you complete checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free.

Payment security

Payment information is transmitted to authorized payment processors using security controls designed for ecommerce transactions. We do not use full card details for purposes unrelated to completing, securing, or refunding an order.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy and are processed within 10 business days. Contact us promptly if you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment was processed incorrectly so we can investigate.
